I am an international programme, policy, and strategic communications professional based in Vienna. I currently serve as a Programme and Communications Expert in the Office of the Deputy Director General at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), where I support high-level programme coordination, executive briefings, interagency engagement, speeches, and institutional communications.
My experience across the IAEA, the International Trade Centre (ITC/UNWTO), UNCTAD, and international civil-society organisations combines programme delivery with strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, donor-facing reporting, and multilingual communications in English and French. I translate complex policy and technical initiatives into clear programmes, decision-ready information, and communication strategies that strengthen visibility, coordination, and measurable results.
My publications extend this practice into policy research on strategic communications and development sustainability, SME resilience, artificial intelligence governance, and digital rights in Central Africa. Alongside this research, my portfolio includes programme-management systems, data and IT solutions, creative direction, and practical documents for development, governance, communications, and diplomacy.
I am also the founder of Bridge International, an NGO focused on reducing youth unemployment across Africa. Together, these experiences reflect a practice grounded in international development, evidence-informed policy, and communication that helps institutions turn ideas into action.
